Our Business Model
We are the largest trainer of Driving Instructors in the UK and once qualified, they have the option to join our School as franchisees. Instructors benefit from centralised lesson booking backed by a national advertising programme. Customers learning to drive with RED get great instructors who follow a structured lesson programme designed to prepare them for their practical test. A key element of the programme is designed to impart safe driving skills for life.
Customers can pre-pay either via our call centre or online thereby ensuring that their money is secure. The Instructors are paid by RED once each lesson is delivered. If for any reason a customer requests a refund for pre-paid lessons not yet taken, RED actions this and refunds the customer.
